Kennedale Outlasts Lincoln in Physical Playoff Match

Duncanville - Before an excited crowd, the Kennedale Wildcats (29-5) completed the first round playoff win against the Lincoln Tigers 82-71 (15-19) Monday night.

While the Tigers began the game aggressively and established the game’s first lead, the Wildcats began to click early on offense and would soon take the lead in the first quarter. Outside shooting and a number of steals that lead to scores would boost the energy on the Kennedale sideline and among the away team’s crowd.

Despite multiple surges by the Tigers to overcome double-digit Kennedale leads - the Tigers could never position themselves for the win.

Kennedale defeated Lincoln back in December in a close 57-56 game. The Wildcats will continue their playoff run later this week.
